Lil Yacthy is a rapper and singer. His hit single "One Night" is his most well-known song. Miles Parks McCollum, his actual name, is Miles Parks McCollum. He is also known by the nicknames Nautica Boat Boy and Lil Boat. The two mixtapes he released, "Summer Songs 2" and "Lil Boat" have helped him become the most well-known name in the world. But this wasn't his first stint as a singer. The singles "One Night" and "Minnesota" were his first major hits in August 2015. These tracks were released on his debut EP, Extended Play, called 'Summer Songs. He currently has music labels like 'Capital Records, 'Quality Control Music, and Motown Records under his belt. Yachty has collaborated with numerous prominent rappers, including 'D.R.A.M. as well as "Chance The Rapper.. Yachty also sells his own merchandise over his official website. His father was the source of this inspiration who would play various music styles from his early days. In 2015, he adopted the moniker "Yachty" and relocated from Atlanta to New York, in order to make it big in the world of. He moved to New York with a friend, and began looking for ways to enter the music industry. Meanwhile, he networked with street fashion bloggers online and built a decent fan following on Instagram. He teamed up with Burberry Perry, a beatmaker and beatmaker and later K$upreme, his main collaborator. The trio is collectively referred to as  The Saling Team' and worked in Lil' Yachty's private studio. His first success was after Drake's OVO Sound Radio aired his hit 'Minnesota'. Lil Yachty's breakthrough moment came with his track "1Night". He uploaded the video of the track online , and it went viral. He was the center of media interest after the SoundCloud version of "One Night" was featured in an online meme.
