Allyson Felix
Allyson Michel Felix was born the 18th of November 1985 in Los Angeles. Paul Felix served as an ordinand within Sun Valley at Master's Seminary. Marlean Felix taught at Balboa Magnet. Felix was aware that she was gifted to run when she was a student at Los Angeles Baptist High School. After a few weeks of the first attempt she made, she was ranked second for 200m in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix graduated from her high school year in 2003 and became a part of Adidas an agreement as a professional athlete. In the following year, she attended University of Southern California studying elementary education. Felix received her first Olympic gold medal during the Athens Summer Olympics 2004. Felix broke a junior-world record in the 200-meter race with a time of 22.18. The youngest to win the 200 meters in the world championships in Helsinki in 2005. She was able to defend her record once again in 2007, beating her time-tested Jamaican rival Veronica Campbell. Felix took part at Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo and consistently placed in the top three of athletes in each of her events.
